Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time:

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 business days

  • East Malaysia: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.

 



Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in original condition

  • Item is in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used rims

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Clearance / sale items

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

 



Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after placing the order. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
